Provided are the preparation and use of an immunostimulatory coupling complex which is delivered and activated in a targeted manner. Specifically, provided are a compound as represented by Formula MI-S-C-A which is used as a connecting arm, and a pharmaceutical compound as represented by Formula MI-S-C-A-D, to which a dug is connected. The pharmaceutical compound has the advantages of improved water solubility, reduced cytotoxicity, and enhanced drug activity.
