The present invention relates to a breast pump wherein the user's breasts can be massaged by repeatedly forming a breast-pumping pressure with an intensity and a pattern required by the user's input, all inputs during operations are stored such that the same massage course as before can be reproduced, and a modified massage course can be generated and reproduced according to an input occurring while a massage course is reproduced. A smart breast pump having a massage pattern generating function according to the present invention comprises: a tight-contact portion forced against the user's breasts; a breast-pumping portion for repeatedly forming a patterned breast-pumping pressure by the user's input, thereby adjusting the pressure inside the tight-contact portion; and a connecting portion connecting the tight-contact portion and the breast-pumping portion so as to partake in formation of a breast-pumping pressure inside the tight-contact portion and discharge of breast-pumped milk. An input portion provided on the breast-pumping portion can be used to select and input one between a breast-pumping mode for breast-pumping milk and a massage mode for massaging breasts. If a massage mode is selected and input while no massage course is generated, various kinds of input signals generated by the input portion are successively stored according to the flow of time until a preset time passes, and a new massage course is generated and stored. If a massage mode is selected and input while a massage course is stored, the stored massage course is identically reproduced. From a timepoint at which a new input signal is generated while the stored massage course is reproduced, other input signals that follow, including the new input signal, are successively stored according to the flow of time, and a new massage course is generated.
