A 3D model of alternating conductivity (at a given frequency) can be created by acquiring two MRI images of the anatomical volume, but the two images have different repetition times.Next, for each voxel in the anatomical volume, the ratio IR of the corresponding voxel intensity in two MRI images is calculated.This computed IR is then mapped to a corresponding voxel of the 3D model of AC conductivity at a given frequency.The given frequency is less than 1 MHz (e.g., 200 kHz).In some embodiments, a 3D model of alternating conductivity at a given frequency is used to determine the location of the electrode in TT field therapy.
