FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology. Autotransplantation of an explant of the ovarian cortical substance enriched with autoogous plasma is performed. A segment of tissue is resected from the right and left ovaries. Intraovarial microinjections of autoplasm in a volume of 0.5 ml are injected into the obtained tissue. A pocket-shaped recess is formed from the parietal peritoneum in the middle third of the lateral edge of the right and left sacro-uterine ligament using a purse suture, placing the tissue enriched with autologous plasma in said recess.;EFFECT: provides a possibility to obtain own eggs in IVF programs and to achieve the onset of spontaneous pregnancy in patients with low ovarian reserve under conditions of minimised risks of injury to the ureters and neurovascular plexuses.;3 cl, 2 tbl
