To easily grasp change of a value of KGI and each of elements related to the KGI even when a KGI value is simulated by using the KPI tree and a condition of fixing a value of a certain element is given.SOLUTION: A system according to the present invention has a fixed value element acquiring unit for acquiring information relating to designated elements obtained by designating, as fixed values, elements consisting of a KPI tree structure decomposed to elements from the KGI as a top and defining relationship between a decomposed part and a decomposition object, a KPI tree conversion unit for checking elements from a designated element in a path toward a lower order to search an element having a decomposition object which does not exists in the path and for converting, based on information of the searched element and the designated element, the KPI tree structure into a new KPI tree structure in which the designated element is disposed in the lowest end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
