To provide an evaluation test apparatus and an evaluation test method for rebar corrosion associated with a concrete column crack, which can dramatically improve the efficiency of the evaluation test using a compact simple test specimen that enables inexpensive and simple evaluation tests and enabling accurate control of the crack width in microns by loading load.SOLUTION: A fixing gantry 1 for setting a specimen (test piece) P of a concrete piece including at least one reinforcing bar cut out from a concrete column and fixing the positions of both ends thereof, and a pressing jig 3 for imparting an overload to an intermediate portion of the specimen P are provided.
