Online complete continuous stream production process for direct production of organic peroxides using hydrogen peroxide as raw material

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online complete continuous stream production process for directly producing an organic peroxide using hydrogen peroxide as a raw material. SOLUTION: The production process uses hydrogen peroxide, a catalyst and an oxidizing substrate as starting materials, and a specific peroxide is continuously obtained by oxidation and post-treatment in order, and the production process is plug-and-produce type integrated complete. Performed in a continuous stream reactor, the starting material is continuously added at the inlet of the plug-and-produce integrated fully continuous stream reactor and continuously at the outlet of the plug-and-produce integrated fully continuous stream reactor. The specific peroxide can be obtained, and the production process can be realized in a safe and efficient manner, ready-to-use production, and online production without scale-up effect. Compared with the conventional production process, the production time is shortened by 95% or more, there is no scale-up effect, zero inventory can be realized, the product index is stable, and the reproducibility is good. The organic peroxide is selected from alkyl peroxides, dialkyl peroxides, peroxycarboxylic acids, peroxydiacyl, peroxydicarbonates, and peroxyketals. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
