A mobile device (10), a control terminal, a method for temperature measurement by using an infrared thermal imager (12) in the mobile device (10), and a mobile system. The mobile device (10) is further provided with a reference blackbody (13). Said method for temperature measurement comprises: acquiring, by using the infrared thermal imager (12), a temperature measurement value of a target to be measured within the field of view of the infrared thermal imager (12) and a temperature measurement value of the reference blackbody (13); and correcting the temperature measurement value of said target according to the temperature measurement value of the reference blackbody (13), so as to obtain a temperature correction value of said target. The mobile device (10) achieves a remote temperature measurement process, and ensures the accuracy of a measurement result.
