The present application provides an application example deploying and application example scheduling method and apparatus. The method comprises: a global management platform receives quality of service (QoS) demand information from a first client, the QoS demand information comprising a first delay demand, a second delay demand, and the first number of connections, the second delay demand taking precedence over the first delay demand, and the QoS demand information being input by a first user to the first client; the global management platform selects a first available station satisfying the first delay demand from managed stations; the global management platform deploys one or more first application examples on the first available station, the connectable number of the first application examples being smaller than the first number of connections. The global management platform provides an edge cloud service having high quality for a customer on the basis of application examples deployed on the basis of a delay demand.
