The invention relates to the food industry, more particularly to tea production, and concerns rosebay willowherb tea having increased biological value. The invention is directed to the development of a new tea product made from rosebay willowherb. The technical result achieved by implementing the claimed invention consists in the development of a simple and effective method of production (meeting the indicated requirements with the product) based on rosebay willowherb tea with an increased content of microelements and biologically active substances balanced with respect to their combined effects on the body at elevated loads, stresses and problems with the cardiovascular system and for preventing diseases of the nervous system.
