An implant having a size and shape capable of passing through the blood vessel to the middle dural artery comprises a carrier carrying a payload between the first and second ends.When exposed to the body fluid, the fixation mechanism corresponding to the implant transitions to the swelling state.In the swelling state, the implant is fixed to the middle dura arteriosus by the fixation mechanism.During the transition or before the transition, the fixed mechanism allows the implant to be sent to the middle dural artery through the vessel.
