One step radioactive synthesis of 18F SFB

摘要

The synthesis of [18F] SFB (N-succinimidyl 4 - [18F] fluorobenzoate) using a one-step reaction procedure without generating radioactive waste gas is provided. 18F] SFB is useful as a reagent for labeling low molecular weight compounds and high molecular weight compounds such as peptides and antibodies, and can be used for pet (positron emission tomography) diagnostic studies.
