To provide a method of manufacturing a PVD antibacterial film on plastic.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment of the present invention, a titanium target and a silicon target are used to plate a base film, a silver target is added after the plating is completed and sputtering is performed to uniformly distribute silver having antibacterial effect in a titanium silicate film layer, thus forming an antibacterial film having the antibacterial effect. A principal component of plastic includes a large amount of carbon atoms to have strong bonding power to silicon atoms, so that bonding power between the film layer and a workpiece increases. Further, the workpiece is hung on a hanger rack in the film plating process, and the hanger rack is revolved while the workpiece is rotated on its axis so as to make uniform the film deposition in the sputtering process, thereby avoiding damaging the workpiece due to a too high local temperature. This technical solution eliminates the need for heating in the whole process, and then the film can be plated on the assumption that the plastic workpiece is not damaged.SELECTED DRAWING: None
