To provide a treatment method for any textile or material having sterilizing, antimicrobial, and antiviral power and cleaning durability.SOLUTION: The method uses an exhaustion step, a padding step, a coating step or a spraying step to treat a textile material with a disinfection treatment composition that contains at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a ternary ammonium organo silane compound, silver salt, polyglucosamine, propiconazole, bio-coated silver particles, polyhexamethylene biguanide and a combination of them, and an antifungal agent that is at least one selected from the group consisting of thiabendazole, propiconazole and a combination of them, of 0.5 ppm to 200 ppm, and further contains a crosslinker selected from the types of adduct block isocyanates, of 1 ppm to 300 ppm, and to dry the textile material in a heat set step.SELECTED DRAWING: None
