PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating film agent allowing for reduction of industrial waste (environmental conservation) and capable of imparting excellent lubricity at water-contained condition even when forced drying is not conducted after a lubrication treatment process (room temperature drying and room temperature standing) or for a metal product with a shape difficult for complete drying such as an inner surface of a steel pipe, and a technology related to the lubricating film agent.SOLUTION: The water-containing lubricating film agent is provided which is used for a metal plastic working conducted at water-contained condition with moisture content of 3 to 50 mass%, and in which at least one kind of lipophilic lubrication component (A) and/or at least one kind of solid lubricant having cleavage property (B) are dispersed in water and further at least one kind of water soluble lubrication component (C) selected from a group consisting of aliphatic acid component having 12 to 20 carbon atoms is dissolved in a water phase at a ratio of (C)/[(A)+(B)]=0.05 to 0.5 in mass basis.SELECTED DRAWING: None
