The pipe (200) exhibits numerous apertures to eject water into the encapsulation (101). The encapsulation (101) further exhibits at least one elongate continuous slit (102), arranged along the longitudinal extension of the encapsulation (101) and extending in a radial direction in the encapsulation toward the cavity (103). The slit (102)serves as an access protection for one or more seeds (300).
