The present invention prepares spinel lithium manganese oxide nanofibers using electrospinning, and controls the viscosity, electrical conductivity and surface tension of a spinning solution containing PVP, lithium precursor and manganese precursor to produce nanofibers having a diameter of 35-50 nm. It relates to a manufacturing method of spinel lithium manganese oxide nanofiber, characterized in that it is manufactured, and to a spinel lithium manganese oxide nanofiber prepared thereby. The spinel lithium manganese oxide nanofiber of the present invention can be used as an excellent lithium adsorbent capable of selectively separating lithium ions from brine and seawater.
