The bougie is additionally equipped with a control handle for the coronary bougie in the form of a luer connector, attached at the end of the proximal shaft and made integral. The distal shaft is made smoothly tapering and transitioning into an oval thickening of a polymer coating with a length of 15 to 20 mm, into an outer spiral radio-opaque braiding made in the form of a spring, smoothly tapering into an atraumatic tip with a diameter of 0.009 inches and a length of 1.0 to 1.5 mm, with at least one radio-opaque mark, configured to find smaller distal vessels of small diameter and pass to the Thebesian vessels.;EFFECT: technical result achieved using the proposed invention consists in excluding distal embolism by arterial platelet masses, reducing the injury rate, performing accurate manipulations, reducing the time of surgical intervention.;2 cl, 5 dwg, 3 tbl
