To provide foamable powder type bath agents having the excellent foaming effect and foam persistence of fine carbonic acid gas and having high storage stability.SOLUTION: The foamable powder type bath agent of the present invention contains (A) surface treatment organic acid powders obtained by making an organic acid (a1) carry a foamable surfactant (a2) as a water soluble binder and further fixing anhydrous pyrophosphoric acid alkyl metal salt or an alkaline earth metal salt thereof (a3) as a water soluble surface treatment component, as well as (B) carbonate, the foamable surfactant (a2) being one or more selected from polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil, polyoxyethylene glycerine fatty acid ester, and higher fatty acid alkanol amide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
