Method and Apparatus for An Order-Preserving Pattern Matching based on the Horspool Algorithm using Binary Encoding

A method and apparatus for matching a rank pattern based on a hose pool algorithm using binary encoding are presented. The hose pool algorithm-based ranking pattern matching method using binary encoding proposed in the present invention is to generate a movement table and a position table for a pattern to obtain a continuous string of text ( T ) and pattern ( P ) using binary encoding. Computing a fingerprint function transformed according to the binary method using the encoded string to which binary encoding is applied to the pre-processing step and the obtained continuous string, and searching for substrings of text that are rank isomorphic to the pattern.
