The present invention is based on the problem of stability, reproducibility, economics and ease of operation in monocyte or dendritic cell mediated infectious microbiology research. The aim of this study is to provide a method for maintaining and maintaining monocytes or dendritic cell mediated infectious microorganisms using monocytes having proliferative potential.The present invention is capable of proliferating human monocyte cells obtained by introducing genes into CD14 positive cells and cells having phagocytic abilities obtained by differentiating or inducing the monocyte cells It is based on the fact that dengue virus can efficiently infect and proliferate dendritic cells.This method provides a new method for the evaluation of pharmaceuticals such as compounds and vaccines for the treatment of infected bacterial infections with monocyte or dendritic cells.
