According to an embodiment, an apparatus for assisting keratoconus diagnosis using artificial intelligence performed by a computing device includes: a memory for storing corneal-related image data based on quantified test data of a subject; and a processor, wherein the processor obtains the stored cornea-related image data of the subject from the memory, and inputs the obtained corneal-related image data into a diagnostic model to determine whether keratoconus occurs in the eye of the subject. and whether or not the keratoconus occurs may be classified into any one of keratoconus (KC), suspected keratoconus (KCS), and normal keratoconus (NM).
