The proposed utility model relates to the field of hand-held cutting tools, in particular to designs of knives with a rotary blade, and can be used in the manufacture of folding knives of various types. The folding knife contains a blade located between the halves of the handle with the possibility of rotation around an axis connecting the halves of the handle. The blade is mounted on two angular contact bearings with inner and outer rings, and the outer rings of the bearings are fixed in the blade. The inner rings of the bearings can be fixed on the axis of rotation, or in each half of the handle, a recess with an outer radius greater than the outer radius of the bearing can be made, in the center of the recess there is a protrusion that tapers from the base to the top, ensuring the installation and fixation of the inner ring of the bearing on it, and the radius at the base of the protrusion is greater than the inner radius of the bearing, and the two halves of the handle are tightened by the axis connecting them.
