The vending machine card cash QR code recognition and data statistics management program includes the steps of: the vending machine receiving a product that the user wants to purchase; generating, by the vending machine, a peer-to-peer (P2P)-based QR code for the product; inducing a user terminal to scan the QR code and pay by the vending machine displaying the QR code; and disbursing the product according to the payment by the vending machine, wherein the generating of the QR code includes: transmitting, by the vending machine, the price of the product to an electronic money server; receiving, by the vending machine, the converted electronic money price from the electronic money server; and generating, by the vending machine, the QR code for the electronic money price.
