The personal asset management system for achieving the wish list includes: a wish list storage unit for storing the purchase price of the wish list product and the wish list product; an input unit for inputting a target daily expenditure amount and an actual daily expenditure amount; a calculating unit for calculating a difference between the target daily expenditure amount and the daily actual expenditure amount, and comparing the accumulated sum of the difference amount with the available purchase price; and an alarm generating unit that generates an alarm when the cumulative sum of the difference amounts exceeds the purchaseable amount.
