An object of the present invention is to provide an OCT-based system for diagnosing high-risk lesions such as fragility atherosclerosis using an artificial intelligence model through deep learning. The deep learning-based diagnostic method for diagnosing a high-risk lesion of a coronary artery of the present invention acquires an OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) image of a coronary lesion of a patient, and obtains the first characteristic regarding a thin cap from the OCT image. It is possible to extract, set a region of interest included in the OCT image based on the first characteristic, and determine whether the region of interest includes a high-risk lesion.
