A laryngeal mask airway device comprising an airbag mask (1) and an elongated main body (2) is disclosed. The elongate main body 2 is curved according to the natural curvature of the oral cavity and laryngeal airways, and includes a proximal end for insertion into the oral cavity and throat, and a distal end positioned external to the oral cavity. The extending main body 2 comprises a vent tube chamber 3 extending from the distal end to the proximal end, thus defining a distal vent opening 31 and a proximal vent opening 32 respectively. The airbag mask 1 includes a mask center 11 having an inwardly concave space, and further includes a video tube chamber 6 . The mask center 11 communicates with the proximal vent opening 32 of the vent tube chamber 3 . The video tube chamber 6 extends from the distal end to the proximal end inside the extending main body 2 , thus forming a video tube chamber distal opening 62 at the distal end and a blind end transparent window 61 at the proximal end. . A blind end transparent window 61 is located on the side of the proximal vent opening 32 of the elongated main body. The laryngeal mask airway device incorporates functions such as visual monitoring, airway ventilation, esophageal evacuation, laryngeal evacuation, and intubation through the laryngeal mask, improves visual monitoring and management of the airway, and avoids airway injury during blind intubation. .
