The present invention provides an impedance-based drug injection system using electrical characteristics of cells, comprising: a drug injection unit for injecting a drug into a cell; an electrode unit for measuring the impedance of cells around the drug injection unit; a processor unit that receives the response signal generated from the electrode unit in analog form, and digitally analyzes amplitude and phase characteristics for measuring impedance of cells from the response signal; and a position detector for detecting the position of the drug injection unit according to the change in the impedance calculated by the processor unit to accurately determine the position of the drug injection unit and inject it into the target tissue, thereby improving the effect of the drug injection treatment, It is characterized in that convenience can be improved.
