The present invention relates to a bio-ink composition comprising a hydrophilic polymer and a double-crosslinking compound, a filling material for embolization, and a use thereof, and the composition of the present invention exhibits ion curability, photocurability, or both, and has excellent physical properties without cytotoxicity and structural stability, making it suitable for use in bio-ink and 3D bioprinting systems, and as a filling material in embolization.
