The present invention relates to an encryption/decryption method, and more particularly, to a PKI-based script language executable file encryption/decryption method for preventing source disclosure and illegal modification of a script language implemented on an operating system (OS) such as Linux or Windows, and the same. It relates to a computer program stored in a recording medium for execution. To this end, the present invention provides an encryption information request step of requesting issuance of encryption information having a license and an asymmetric key for encryption of a script language executable file; an executable file encryption step of encrypting an executable file with a private key while reading an executable file as a binary according to the encryption information issued in response to the issuance request of the encryption information; a file execution request step of requesting execution of the encrypted executable file; and an executable file decryption step of decrypting while reading the encrypted executable file as a binary based on the issued license and public key.
