An ophthalmic lens includes a lens material having two curved surfaces opposite to each other; light scattering area; a first opening surrounded by the light scattering area (eg, being transparent or having a reduced scattering density/power relative to the light scattering area); and a second opening (eg, transparent or having a reduced scattering density/power relative to the light scattering region) separated from the first transparent opening by a portion of the light scattering region.
