Ready-to-assemble lampshade device with removable and interchangeable cover. The ready-to-assemble lampshade which is formed of two independent lampshade frames and of a lampshade covering, characterized in that the covering can be removable and interchangeable and is lined with hook-and-loop fasteners allowing it to fit the frame on which it hangs. The position of the frames constituting the lampshade is interchangeable and makes the lampshade compatible with a stand or a suspension.
