A display substrate and a display device. The display substrate comprises a substrate base (50) and multiple subpixels arranged in an array on the substrate base (50). The subpixel comprises: data line patterns (DATA1, DATA2) extending in a first direction (Y); a a portion of a power supply signal line pattern (VDD) extending in the first direction (Y); and a subpixel drive circuit comprising two switching transistors (T4, T5), a drive transistor (T3) and a storage capacitor (Cst). A first electrode plate (Cst1) of the storage capacitor (Cst) is coupled with a gate electrode (203g) of the drive transistor (T3). A second electrode plate (Cst2) of the storage capacitor (Cst) is coupled with the power supply signal line pattern (VDD). Second electrodes (D4, D5) of the two switching transistors (T4, T5) are both coupled with a first electrode (S3) of the drive transistor (T3). An orthographic projection of the second electrode (D4, D5) of at least one of the two switching transistors (T4, T5) on the substrate base (50) at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the power supply signal line pattern (VDD) on the substrate base (50), and at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the second electrode plate (Cst2) of the storage capacitor (Cst) on the substrate base (50).
