Disclosed is a one-piece fibrous preform (100) obtained by three-dimensional weaving comprising a first skin (110), a second skin (120) and a longitudinal stiffening portion (130) connecting the skins, the portion forming a stiffening element along the longitudinal direction (L). The preform has an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction (L) between two end portions. The longitudinal stiffening portion comprises, in the intermediate portion, a plurality of non-woven longitudinal threads (C5^-C12) held together by a plurality of first transverse threads (t₄) from the first skin (110) and a plurality of second transverse threads (t5) from the second skin (120). In the end portions, the longitudinal threads of the longitudinal stiffening portion are woven with transverse threads.
