This manufacturing method for a multilayered film for recording and reproduction includes: a coating step in which one surface of a light-transmitting film is coated with a liquid including a UV-curable resin and having an optical property that changes due to light irradiation; a drying step in which the liquid with which the film was coated in the coating step is dried; a winding step in which a polygonal roller, which has a polygonal shape in a cross-section perpendicular to the axis of rotation, rotates to wind a coated film, which is the film that was coated with the liquid and subjected to the drying step; and a UV irradiation step in which the coated film that has been wound onto the polygonal roller is irradiated with UV rays.
