Particularly, the present invention comprises: a water filtration device (100) in which a plurality of capacitive deionization electrodes (10) are stacked and embedded therein; a buffer device (200) which is sealed and divided internally into a filtered water space (S1) and a raw water space (S2) which have a variable volume; a raw water supply tube (310) through which raw water is supplied from the outside; a first supply tube (321) for making the raw water supply tube be in communication with the water filtration device; a second supply tube (322) in communication with the water filtration device and the filtered water space (S1) of the buffer device; a connection tube (340) in communication with the raw water supply tube and the raw water space (S2) of the buffer device; and a use tube (350) for making the filtered water space (S1) of the buffer device be in communication with a plurality of points of use (400).
