The present invention relates to a mask for strengthening cardiopulmonary function, the mask being provided with a mouthpiece. More specifically, the mask is for strengthening a user's cardiopulmonary function, and comprises: a mask body which has a breathing space formed therein and an air inflow portion for communicating with the breathing space; and a fixing band formed in the mask body. The mask body further includes a fastening hole for communicating with the breathing space, and a mouthpiece unit which is open during exhalation and closed during inhalation is detachably inserted in the fastening hole. The mouthpiece unit, which is worn in the oral cavity and prevents air from flowing in while allowing air to flow out, can be fastened to the mask body to strengthen the nasal breathing and cardiopulmonary function of the user. Also, the mouthpiece unit attaches and detaches from the mask body, and thus has the effect of improving ease of use.
