A radar device (10) with a printed circuit board (20) and a three-dimensional antenna module (30) is proposed. The circuit board (20) has a conductor track (21) on an upper side of the circuit board (20). The three-dimensional antenna module (30) is arranged on the top of the circuit board (20). A cavity (31) of a waveguide (32) of the radar device (10) and a beam shaper (34) arranged above the waveguide (32) are formed in the three-dimensional antenna module (30). Furthermore, a three-dimensional antenna module (30) for a radar device (10) and a method (40) for forming a three-dimensional antenna module (30) are proposed.
