Modular training device for carrying out force and gymnastics exercises, comprising two grip elements (10, 20) connected over one connecting element (30, 40) with a proximal end of a holding element (50) at a common connecting point (60); when fixing a distal end of the holder element (50) to a holder (70) by means of the grip elements (10, 20) an independent traction force can be applied to the holder (70) via the connecting point (60),characterized by:the control elements (10, 20) and the connecting elements (30, 40) are designed as modular individual components and can be exchanged variably on the training device using soluble connecting agents (12, 22, 32, 42, 52); andthe holder element (50) has at least one removable attachment device (54, 56) for an accessible attachment of the training device.
