To provide a vinylidene chloride resin film excellent in extrusion processability and wide in seal window in an automatic packaging machine, and a vinylidene chloride resin composition providing the same.SOLUTION: The vinylidene chloride resin film contains a vinylidene chloride-vinyl chloride copolymer, in which a mole fraction of two ligature parts in which 2 constitutional units derived from vinylidene chloride is 26.4 mol% to 58.1 mol% based on all constitutional units in the copolymer in an acetone extract of the film. Preferably the mole fraction of two ligature parts in which 2 constitutional units derived from vinyl chloride is 6.9 mol% to 26.5 mol% based on all constitutional units in the copolymer in the acetone extract.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
