The present disclosure generally provides molecules that specifically associate with glucocorticoid-inducible TNFR-related protein (GITR), a member of the TNF receptor superfamily (TNFRSF). More specifically, the present disclosure relates to multivalent and / or multispecific molecules that bind at least to GITR.
