PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition having high hiding properties and excellent curing properties.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable composition includes a pigment and a polymerizable compound. In the active energy ray-curable composition, a maximum absorption wavelength is in a wavelength range of wavelength 430-520 nm, and a ratio of an absorbance at the maximum absorption wavelength and an absorbance at wavelength 365 nm (an absorbance at the maximum absorption wavelength/an absorbance at wavelength 365 nm) is 1.20 or more. A favorable embodiment is that the active energy ray-curable composition is used on a transparent substrate and irradiated with active energy rays with luminous intensity of 1 W/cmand an exposure dose of 500 mJ/cm, and cured to obtain a cured product having an average thickness of 10 μm, the cured product having a hiding ratio of 84% or more with regard to black.SELECTED DRAWING: None
