PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road state confirmation device capable of confirming road vibrations even when a vehicle for measurement is not traveling.;SOLUTION: A road state confirmation device 30 comprises: an acquisition part 301, installed on a vehicle 3 traveling along a road 2, which communicates with a vehicle 10, for detecting vibrations from the vehicle 3 while it is traveling, and a fixed point vibration detection part 20 installed on the road 2, which continuously detects vibrations at an installed position, and which is configured to acquire from each of the on-vehicle device 10 and the fixed point vibration detection part 20 information on vibrations detected by said on-vehicle device 10 and said fixed point vibration detection part 20; and a compensation part 302 which compensates for vibrations when a vehicle without an on-vehicle device passes at a location on the road 2 at which the on-vehicle device 10 has detected a vibration and at a non-installation location on the road 2 where the fixed point vibration detection part 20 is not installed, based on the information on vibrations acquired by the acquisition part 301.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
