PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a familiar ambient agent system and a program in which a user action can be effectively induced by a familiar ambient agent action, or in which a familiar ambient agent can follow the user action.;SOLUTION: In a familiar ambient agent system, a plurality of familiar ambient agents 24 are displayed in an agent space 26, a user action is induced by a preceding action of the familiar ambient agent, or the familiar ambient agent performs a following action that follows the user action.
