The present invention provides a platinum based drug (e. g., carboplatin) in combination with an antibody drug conjugate (e.g., tissovago bedotin) that binds to tissue factor (TF), and its use in the treatment of cancer such as bladder and cervical cancers.The present invention also provides a composition and kit comprising an antibody drug conjugate (e.g., thythotamab bedostatin) that binds to a platinum based drug (e.g., carboplatin) and TF for use in the treatment of cancer such as bladder cancer and cervical cancer.
