Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose methods and systems for generating medical images based on text data in a medical report.For generation, text data is acquired from each of the patient's more than one medical report.The text data includes one or more medical events and corresponding one or more attributes associated with one or more medical reports.Further, each matching score of a plurality of reference images is calculated based on the text data using the first machine learning model.Calculating the matching score selects one or more images from multiple reference images based on the matching score associated with each of the plurality of reference images.Patient medical images are generated based on one or more images and text data using a second machine learning model.
