Provided are an information backup method and apparatus, a storage medium and a computer device. In the technical solution, the method comprises: after receiving a communication message sent by a UE, a local base station sending the communication message to a first network node of a remote core network and a second network node of a local core network, wherein the communication message carries an identity identifier of the UE; if the second network node determines that first user information of the UE corresponding to the identity identifier is not stored, sending, to the first network node of the remote core network, a request for acquiring the first user information of the UE; the first network node sending, to the second network node, the first user information of the UE corresponding to the identity identifier; and the second network node storing the first user information of the UE. Therefore, the second network node of the local core network can back up the user information in the first network node of the remote core network in real time, so as to prevent affecting communication of a UE, that has gained access, when a backhaul link is interrupted.
