A ventilator-based expiratory pressure control method, comprising: calculating first compliance according to the highest change value of lung volume in a previous expiratory process and a first pressure value for overcoming lung elastic resistance (S102); calculating a first airway resistance value according to the first compliance and an airway pressure value in a current expiratory process (S104); determining a first pressure dynamic curve according to the first compliance and the first airway resistance value (S106); and controlling the expiratory pressure of a ventilator according to the first pressure dynamic curve, such that the expiratory pressure cooperates with the first pressure dynamic curve (S108). Different first pressure dynamic curves are determined by considering different first compliances and airway resistance values in each expiratory process, and the expiratory pressure is controlled to quickly expel gas within the lungs without damaging the respiratory tract, thus improving ventilation efficiency. In addition, also provided are a ventilator-based expiratory pressure control apparatus and device, and a storage medium.
