A utility light, a combination of a battery pack and the utility light, and an electric tool. The utility light comprises: a lighting module; an adapter interface, used for connecting a battery pack capable of being detachably connected to the utility light; a direct-current (DC) interface, configured to be capable of being selectively connected to an external power use device or an external power supply device; a two-way control module, connected in series between the DC interface and the adapter interface and configured to adjust, according to a control signal of the DC interface, the electric energy of the external power supply device so as to form a power input adapted to the battery pack, such that the external power supply device charges the battery pack; or to match, according to the control signal of the DC interface, a discharge voltage of the battery pack with a power supply voltage required by the external power use device, so as to supply power to the external power use device; and a one-way control module connected in series between the DC interface and the lighting module and connected in series between the adapter interface and the lighting module, wherein the one-way control module is configured to convert the power of the external power supply device or the battery pack into a power input adapted to the lighting module.
