The present invention relates to a technology for constructing an intelligent platform, wherein: the platform is assigned, as a mission, a job of managing objectives regarding projects or tasks for which objectives are to be configured and accomplished; the platform receives an instruction from a project manager (PM) or a general manager; and, with regard to all tasks (also referred to as works or activities) to be managed, which are to be managed and performed to accomplish objectives, the platform performs objective management autonomously and proactively on the basis of a "successive work and event evaluation and proceeding" (SWEEP) objective management technique by which the entire process to be executed is managed and conducted in a precise sweeping manner, thereby substantially improving the accuracy, speediness, continuity, consistency, and objectiveness of objective management. In the present invention: knowledge and information models regarding various "plants" specialized in storage and utilization of corresponding knowledge and information according to the type and characteristics of knowledge and information, such as "breakdown tree (BDT)", "ivy", "vine", "bush", and "shrub", are envisioned and defined; additionally, a "smart total unified management platform" (STUMP) is defined and constructed as a stump for forming a framework or a foundation of integrated objective management knowledge and information construction; the plants are "grafted" to the stump; the plants are also freely grafted to each other according to the relation between knowledge and information; and a "super tree" is accordingly defined and implemented as a "body of goal management knowledge and information (BOGMKI)" according to characteristics of projects/tasks for which objectives are to be established and managed.
